St Paul’s is blessed with an exceptional campus of academic, boarding and extra-curricular facilities. As part of the College’s commitment to student experience, it has undertaken a full audit of all assets and implemented a campus-wide asset management plan.
The Asset Management Plan is a complete maintenance and replacement schedule for every resource and facility across the entire school.
In classrooms, smartboards have been installed and are on an update schedule, furniture is being replaced, and PCs are being upgraded and replaced on a set schedule based-on software and hardware performance.
For our boarding community, the dining rooms have undergone a full renovation, kitchen assets are on a replacement schedule, and both boarding houses have received bathroom renovations and furniture and fixtures are mid-way through an upgrade cycle to ensure our students feel comfortable and cared for in their “home away from home”.
These renovations and improvements extend to our indoor and outdoor sports facilities including upgrades to basketball, netball, tennis and badminton courts.
All this contributes to a campus of facilities aimed at the enjoyment and growth of students both inside and outside of the classroom.
