Buildings

A school and its offering is more about culture, but St Paul’s is lucky to be blessed with buildings that span the campus’s rich history.

The College’s main building is a 140-year old heritage listed former hotel. Elm Court became the Dominican Convent School and continues to operate as the College’s administration building, and houses the main hall, kitchen and dining facilities.

This part of the College is also home to the Sister’s Convent, Bethany House, and our 100-year old Chapel of Mount St Mary.

The Southern end of the College is home to “the school”. The newest part of the school is home to the classroom block, the indoor sports and events auditorium, and IT labs.

The Northern end of the College is our “home away from home” for our boarding students. St Mary’s House for Girls and St Joseph’s House for Boys both include individual rooms for every student, communal study areas, common rooms, kitchenettes, games and activity areas, an outdoor gym and TV rooms for movie nights.

The College is also home to a Visual Art Centre, a Science & Technology Wing, Dance Studio, Music Room and a Library that has evolved into a Student Research & Study Centre which is open and resourced for after-school study and tutoring.
